If you have any feedback, please tell us. I agree with Michael - F# should be available in VS Express Edition. After all, these editions are supposed to be aimed at hobbyists and students and I would have thought if MS wanted to increase awareness/enthusiasm for Functional Programming this would be the group to aim at.catch 'em at the beginning and you've got them for life!

From a personal point of view, I simply cannot justify/afford even the entry level of paid-for VS which means that if I need a solution for personal use which might benefit from functional programming I have to go elsewhere.
